Sweeps & Sculls Rowing Partners with McHenry Count College, Crystal Lake Park District and Wauconda Park District to offer these fantastic classes!
Cost: $90
(for 6 sessions)
RowFit is offered in 6 weeks sessions or you can purchase a punch card if you prefer more flexibility.
Days and Times
2024 Sessions
Session 8 (No class the week of Nov 24-27. However, some Thanksgiving workouts will likely be offered.): Nov 6 – Dec 19
2025 Sessions
Session 1: Jan 6 – Feb 13
Session 2: Feb 17 – Mar 27
Session 3: March 31 – May 8
Session 4: May 12 – Jun 19
Session 5 (Summer session class days may be limited. No class the week of June 30-July 4): Jun 23 – Aug 7
Session 6: Aug 11 – Sep 18
Session 7: Sep 22 – Oct 30
Session 8 (No class the week of Nov 24-27. However, some Thanksgiving workouts will likely be offered.): Nov 3 – Dec 18
